And that’s just because the two of you are so in tuned with one another, there seems to be moments when you pick up the cell phone to call the other person but only to find a surprised voice who claimed to have the thought of calling you at the same time. The longing to see and hear each other had somehow become a peculiar heartbeat each time you are far apart. And when you passed by a certain retail shop or a restaurant that reminds you of this person, you’d tend to stop for a moment and savour some interesting fond memories from the past, in which the two of you had left an impression onto each other. Throughout our time with the lovebirds, we see and feel the closeness and all the subtle eye contact, the wink of a smile, and the laughter of being overjoyed. Kalyedoscope places tremendous emphasis on technical skills and on-the-job know-how. In fact, such emphasis on technical skills places Kalyedoscope as one of the very few photographic team who is still able to carry out assignments on 135 format perforated 35mm Film. Combining photojournalism style, excellent technical competence and a pinch of soothing yet relaxing attitude, we firmly believe that engaging our clients will enhance the overall experience from both sides of the lens. At the heart of the team is Chief Photographer, Kai, who can be coined as a blend of an old school-trained photographer dwelling in modern styles and concepts. He started Kalyedoscope Photographers in 2001 to re-educate the new generation of young shooters in the philosophical importance of Fundamental Photography Knowledge and crucial element in which high quality lens like SIGMA help to perfect a picture. Today, Kalyedoscope embodies the finest photographers in the wedding as well as commercial photography. Kai believes that besides skills and vision, an outstanding photographer has to embody a great personality and the ability to establish an outstanding interpersonal relationships with his clients.

Kai’s photography repertoire includes weddings for Renee Leong (Renee L.), Eternally Yours (by Vernetta Lopez), Indonesian Tycoon Liem Sioe Liong, and Korean LG Electronics boss’ daughter, Jae Hee’s marriage to Tommi. Commercial photography includes clients like Kenko Spa, Harry’s Bar, Waraku Japanese Cafe, Taira Izakaya Japanese Restaurant, etc.
