Intensive Workshop (suitable for participants who have completed the Foundation & Intermediate Modules)

The Advanced Photography course covers sophisticated photographic techniques for students who wish to further their competence skills. Also to explore creativeness, with the opportunity to study challenging professional photographic techniques with full support and expert hands-on session.

This course is a continuation of The Foundation & Intermediate Photography syllabus. Starting where the Intermediate module last session was and continuing the exploration of the “Technical and Creative aspects” of photography in greater depth. We will combine field and classroom sessions to hone students’ technique and style toward developing their own natural photographic aesthetic. Throughout the course of the 4 weekends, students will work closely with the Trainer to develop three separate projects. This course is intended for the serious photography student who is able to set aside a minimum of three hours per week for homework assignments. The following topics will also be covered.

• Four practical field sessions (3 hrs session each)
• 4 hours PhotoShop workshop for photographers (participants with their own lap-top & software)
• Individual online critique
• Exploration of different genres – documentary, travel, street, portraiture.

Due to popular request, I have decided to start the 8th Photoshop workshop that’s customised for photographers wanting to ‘perfect’ that almost classic masterpiece. Be it one that’s going to be print or even hang on the wall, gracing your living environment.
